How does the Rollaxer contribute to quicker fitness goals?
The most common fitness goal is to “tone up”, and especially the glutes. The common seated position, shortens and tightens the muscles in the hip, which has a dramatic effect on the glutes. This tightness will actually cause the central nervous system to “turn off” the glutes and prevent them from activating properly. The result is no matter how many glute exercise you do, your glutes will NOT activate optimally and you will never tone the glutes. Sound familiar?
